> Softune is a multi-tenant ecommerce SaaS platform for merchants and agencies in Bangladesh. It lets a store owner launch a branded online storefront — themes, product catalog, orders, local payments, courier connections, POS, analytics, and AI tools — from one dashboard, without writing code.

Softune is built for small businesses, new ecommerce brands, and agencies managing storefronts for clients. A merchant picks a storefront theme, adds products, enables Cash on Delivery and/or manual bKash/Nagad checkout, connects a courier where available, and publishes a live store under their own domain — typically in minutes, not weeks.

## What Softune actually does

- **Storefront themes**: pick a pre-built theme, customize it in the Theme Editor with live desktop/tablet/mobile preview, publish under a custom domain.
- **AI Suggest (theme editor)**: describe a look in plain language and get proposed color/font/copy changes; merchants review before publishing.
- **AI Chatbot (Gemini)**: ask about products, orders, and sales in plain language; answers come from the merchant’s own Softune store data. Proposed catalog changes still need merchant confirmation.
- **AI product descriptions**: generate a product description from a name and key facts, then edit before saving — merchants always confirm before AI-written content goes live.
- **Product catalog**: products, categories, variants (size/color/etc.), stock, integer-cent pricing (never floating point), optional cost price for profit views.
- **Orders**: immutable order history with product snapshots at time of sale, so editing a product later never rewrites what a customer was charged.
- **Store Sale (POS)**: in-person / counter sales from the dashboard, with recent sales history and printable receipts using the store’s business details.
- **Multi-store access**: switch between stores from the dashboard. The Business plan includes up to 3 storefronts on one account — Softune does not offer unlimited stores on every plan.
- **Payments**: Cash on Delivery, plus manual bKash and Nagad (customer pays the merchant’s wallet number and submits a transaction ID; the merchant verifies before shipping). Live auto-checkout through SSLCommerz or other card/gateway providers is not available yet.
- **Couriers**: a Couriers screen with a Bangladesh partner roster (Steadfast, Pathao, RedX, Paperfly, eCourier, Sundarban, Carrybee, SA Paribahan, PandaGo). Steadfast supports a verified API-key connect today; other partners are listed for the same connection pattern as Softune enables each one. Softune does not claim real-time public shipment tracking or automatic courier booking for every partner.
- **Fraud protection**: merchant phone-number blocklist plus checkout rules (for example first-time high-value holds and burst-order flags). This is rule-based and blocklist-based — not “enterprise AI fraud scoring.”
- **SEO & domains**: meta tags, Open Graph, sitemap/indexing controls, custom domain, and marketing pixels including Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, GTM, GA4, and Meta Conversions API (CAPI).
- **Analytics**: revenue, average order value, best-sellers, and related store metrics computed from real order data (plus visitor/conversion metrics where Softune tracks them).
