The Idea
Softune started as a side project, sketched out and prototyped in spare time around a full-time job and finishing university. Progress was slow, but the core idea (one dashboard, real storefronts, no code) never changed.
Building the Foundation
Evenings and weekends went into getting the fundamentals right: tenant-isolated data, a real theme editor, and the storefront contract everything else is built on top of.
Built & Live
Went full-time on Softune. The dashboard, storefront themes, AI tooling, local payments (bKash, Nagad, SSLCommerz), courier connections, Store Sale POS, and analytics were built out and the platform went live.

Kamrul Hasan
Dhaka, BangladeshBeen building software professionally since 2020: freelance web development on Freelancer.com and Upwork, then leading projects at Webbyte Agency, then AI-powered platforms at Wonder AI. The idea for Softune came in 2024, built in spare time around a full-time job and finishing university. Went full-time on it in 2026 and built the entire platform solo, the multi-tenant dashboard, storefront themes, AI tooling, and the payment and courier integrations underneath it.
