These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Softune platform software, API infrastructure, multi-tenant storefront themes, and AI automation engines.
1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, signing up for, or using the Softune platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site and services.
2Account Registration & Security
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your Softune account. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3Permitted Use & Platform Restrictions
Softune grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the ecommerce and SaaS services. You agree not to copy, reverse-engineer, modify, distribute, or exploit any portion of the software, design systems, or API endpoints without our prior written consent.
4Billing, Fees & Payments
All subscriptions, custom layout templates, and usage-based features are billed in advance. You agree to pay all charges incurred under your account at the rates in effect when such charges are incurred. Failure to maintain active billing details may result in account suspension.
5Intellectual Property Rights
All software, trademarks, logos, user interfaces, branding, and dashboard layouts compiled within the Softune system are the exclusive property of Softune or its licensors and are protected by international intellectual property laws.
6Limitation of Liability
Softune is provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis. In no event shall Softune, its directors, or its partners be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform.
