Exporting reports

Softune Analytics includes an export menu for CSV (Excel), PDF, and JSON. You can run a full multi-section export (summary, sales report, best sellers, category shares) or a scoped export from just one table.

Full multi-section export

• 1. Open Analytics and set the date range
• 2. Open Softune’s export menu
• 3. Choose CSV, PDF, or JSON
• 4. Select the full export Softune offers (summary + sales + best sellers + category shares)
• 5. Download and archive or share with accounting

Scoped single-table export

• 1. Focus Softune Analytics on the table you need (for example best sellers)
• 2. Use the scoped export Softune exposes for that table
• 3. Choose format (CSV / PDF / JSON) Softune allows for that scope
• 4. Download and verify row counts match what you saw on screen
