Fraud protection rules

Settings → Fraud Protection combines rule-based flagging with a manual blocklist. Softune evaluates configurable rules on the current order — for example holding first-time high-value checkouts or flagging burst orders from one phone.

Enable and tune rules

• 1. Open Settings → Fraud Protection
• 2. Review Softune’s available rules
• 3. Enable only rules that match your COD risk tolerance
• 4. Set thresholds Softune exposes (order value, time window, etc.)
• 5. Save
• 6. Place a test order that should trigger a rule and confirm Softune flags or holds it

Operational follow-up

• Review flagged orders in Orders before booking a courier
• Call or message the customer when Softune holds a high-value first order
• Escalate repeat abusers to the phone blocklist
