Menu → Analytics summarizes store performance: sales trends, best sellers, and category performance, filtered by Softune’s date-range picker.
Read a date range
- 1. Open Menu → Analytics
- 2. Set the date-range picker to the window you care about (today, last 7 days, custom)
- 3. Review sales trends Softune charts for that range
- 4. Check best sellers Softune lists
- 5. Check category performance Softune shows
- 6. Open Orders if a spike or dip needs operational explanation
Questions Analytics answers well
- Which products moved this week?
- Which categories carry revenue?
- Did a campaign day outperform the week before?
Analytics reflects Softune order data. Always reconcile surprising numbers against Orders and payment/courier reality before restocking or discounting.
